Our most-recently designed project, this headquarters fire station will be the third fire station in Painesville Township and is located on the site of the Township Road Service Garage.

The fire station is designed to complement the other satellite fire stations in the Township with concrete block that matches the desired brick colors. The building features a fire safety & education area that will contain a restored vintage Township fire truck in a room that is reminiscent of an apparatus room at the turn of the century. The room will display vintage fire-fighting equipment, built-in seating for children to learn about fire safety and a state-of-the-art audio/visual/lighting system.

The one-story building features an entrance clock tower and pedestrian plaza, headquarters administrative offices, hose tower that also serves as a training tower, 18-person training room, and living, dining, kitchen, dormitory space for 6 fire personnel. We are providing full design and construction administration services, including interior design and selection of furnishings.
