We are currently completing the Facilities Needs Assessment / Master Plan for all of the City’s buildings. The overall objective is to determine the space needs of today through the year 2025. Our scope of services were as follows:
• Prepared programming questionnaires for all City employees.
• Interviewed all Departments regarding program spaces, routine, what works, what does not work, contact with the public, parking, etc.
• Field measured existing facilities and prepared existing building drawings.
• Evaluated each building for useful life, building code, ADA compliance, mechanical and electrical systems, etc.
• Developed Building Programs for all Departments.
• Determined areas of building expansion to meet the requirements of the
Department Building Programs.
• Facilitated meetings with the 2025 Advisory Committee.

• Parks Maintenance
