A design/build project with Thomas & Marker Construction Co. of Bellefontaine, Ohio, this one-story building was constructed on an 8-acre site with parking for 200 cars. Program spaces include gymnasium with upper running track, natatorium with whirlpool, locker rooms including 4 private, special needs locker rooms for families or those with disabilities, a 4,000 square foot wellness center for cardiovascular & strength-training equipment, aerobics room, 3 multi-purpose rooms with adjacent kitchen, nursery, cafe and lots of storage space. We provided full design with partial construction administration services, including interior design and selection of furnishings.
